(Re)Connection

Lindsey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) who is also currently in the Sacred Counsel Mentorship program through Indwelling. She has a long history of being a wilderness guide, and even though she continues to work with people of all ages in the outdoors, it is the wilderness of self, or soul, she now currently feels most called to guide people in.

With a foundation in attunement and relational safety, she provides counsel for people seeking it. Lindsey is trained in trauma specific modalities, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a process using processing sensations and imaginal ways of knowing to support relief of distressing symptoms.

Counsel at Duluth Fireweed Collective honors the inherent wisdom of the person seeking support, holding that the seeker is the expert in their own experience. With support, learning, tools, ritual and safety, one can be guided back to their self; towards wholeness and connection. Much like how a forest returns to thriving after a fire, we are here to emerge again and again, collectively.
